Today
Every well on the map, colored by what needs attention: tanks to fill and batch treatments coming due. The list below is today's stops, most urgent first.
Stops
Log chemical
Record chemical used, delivered and gauged, batch treatments, and pump changes at each well or pipeline. It saves on your phone first, so you can log with no signal and it sends when you're back in service.

Totals

Tanks & notes
What's in each tank on location, how fast it's being used, and when it needs filling. After a few gauges or entries the app averages the daily usage and flags tanks that are running low. Pump settings and comments are kept with each well.

Wells & chemicals
Set up the wells you treat for each operator, and your chemicals and prices. Treaters pick from these lists when they log.
Wells
Chemicals
Only an admin can add chemicals or change prices.
Import well pins
Upload a KMZ from Google Earth or the operator, or an Excel/CSV sheet with a well name, latitude and longitude (operator, lease and company man columns are picked up too). Pins are matched to your wells by name and put on the map; new ones can be added.
Import price list
Upload your price sheet (.xlsx, .xls or .csv). It needs a column for the chemical name and one for the price. A unit column is optional. Matching chemicals get the new price, and new ones are added.
Offices
Group wells and lines into offices (districts or cost centers) to see chemical spend per office on the Totals tab and in exports.

Team
Add your treaters with the company code, and invite each operator's company man by email so they can see their own wells.

Yards
Each yard has its own manager, treaters and wells. Everyone in the company can see every yard; people change only their own yard's things. New people pick their yard when they join.
